What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all NADINE MERABI tags and security ribbons still attached.

Each product page features a detailed size guide. As our garments are often tailored and intricately embellished, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing against our specific brand measurements for the best fit.
Do I have to pay international customs duties?
For many regions, including the UK, US, and EU, duties and taxes are often included at checkout. For other international destinations, you may be responsible for local import duties upon arrival.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size.
