Returns & Exchanges

At NADINE MERABI, we want you to feel extraordinary in your purchase, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside the shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will conduct a quality inspection and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
